We are Our facility has 24 indoor/outdoor runs that are well suited for up to 2 large dogs per run. We also have 4 large cat condos for our feline friends.

Dogs are kept in individual runs and are let out in a large exercise area by themselves 2 times per day. During the day they have access to their own outdoor run.

All kennels are cleaned and disinfected daily. To have your pet arrive home extra clean and fresh, please feel free to book a bath with our groomer.

Cats are kept in individual condos and let out for exercise everyday while their condo is being cleaned.

Boarding Logistics

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Our kennel facilitates boarding dogs and cats by the day, night, week, or month, UNLESS INDICATED DIFFERENTLY. With our hours of operation and the number of animals we take care of, we have designated scheduled times of drop off and pick up. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ADHERE TO THE BELOW SCHEDULED DAYS AND TIMES.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP SCHEDULE:
This schedule is very important. If you show up at the kennel to pick up or drop off your animal at a different time other than what we have indicated below, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN AT OUR SCHEDULED TIMES. Please make sure that you adhere to this schedule, we would hate for you to have to make unnessessary trips to our facility.

Below is our SCHEDULE.

    Monday - Friday:
    Morning: 8 – 10 am          Evening: 4 – 6 pm

    Saturday:
    Morning: 9 – 10 am          Evening: 5 – 6 pm

    Sunday:                              
    No morning pick up          Evening: 7 – 8 pm

IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no pick ups or drop offs on Christmas Eve evening, all day on Christmas Day or Boxing Day morning.

RATES:

One Dog per run: $20.00 per night plus GST
Two Dogs per run: $30.00 per night plus GST

One Cat: $14.00 per night plus GST
Two Cats: $18.00 per night plus GST

PAYMENT METHODS:

We take cash or cheque, debit, VISA, or MasterCard, which is payable upon pick up.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Minimum booking on LONG WEEKENDS, STAT HOLIDAYS, or ANY OTHER MAJOR HOLIDAYS is 3 nights.

For all major holiday bookings (Easter, Christmas,  July Long Weekend, August Long Weekend, etc.) we require a minimum 3 day advance payment to reserve a spot.  If cancelled 2 weeks prior, your deposit may be refunded.

There will be no pick ups or drop offs on Christmas Eve evening, all day on Christmas Day or Boxing Day morning.

PET REQUIREMENTS:

Vaccination Records are required for first time boarders.

All vaccinations including Bordetella for Kennel Cough must be current within the last 12 months.

It is best if you bring your own pet food in a well marked container with any specific feeding instructions.
